I have this issue currently as well. Last time I played no Man's sky on my ps5 it was never laggy. I came back to MMS after 6 months and now it's really stuttering and lagging. I'm thinking that it could be because I have my no Man's sky installed into a SSD that i added to my ps5. Gonna try transferring it back to my ps5 storage and see if
You can't do everything on a PS5 a PC can do. The PS5 also has to support all available resolutions, so just because you have a 720i display connected it'll still be running like it's a 4k120hz display. A 3060ti can't support that. Most PS5 owners don't want to have to lower settings to play games, they want to insert disc and game.
